Delivery We deliver Textil's goods to you! Textil's products will be delivered to your address or the Post Express service will leave notification that you can acquire products at your local post office. In case of repeated attempts, the PTT costs will be slightly increased. We send all Textil's products via Post express. Terms of delivery Products will be dispatched within 30 days from our acceptance of your order. If we have insufficent stock of products, the term of delivery may be within 60 days from our acceptance of your order. Delivery costs depend on dimensions and the total value of your order, with costs starting at 700 RSD and more. You will be acknowledged of precise delivery costs during the phone confirmation after a purchase. All prices include PDV. The warranty 1. Textil gives endurance warranty for all its products. The warranty period depends on the type of the product. 2. The producer warrants that the product will serve its purpose if it is used following the instructions. 3. The producer warrants to remove eventual defects or imperfections of the products. In case of return, the customer is liable to pack and protect the product in order to prepare it for transportation. 4. The term for removing the defects in warranty period is 45 days after our reception of your reclamation. 5. Reclamation has to be submitted in written form. 6. The warranty starts after the products have been paid. The warranty does not apply in case: 1. We determine that the products have been used improperly. 2. The customer during the reclamation doesn't submit copies of invoice, accompanying letter and adequate warranty with the date of payment and the sign of the vendor. |
